Once upon time a girl had a dad and he is rich and the mum died. They called the girl Cinderella because she did all the hard work. They were always unkind to Cinderella. We call you Cinderella because you sit by the fire. The prince was looking for someone to marry. They put a ball on and the fairy godmother got a dress for her. But the old stepmum was looking at Cinderella. And the step mum broke the glass slipper and Cinderella tried on her other slipper.
When she slipped it on the prince recognised her and fell in love.
